"John Umina was incredibly friendly and receptive to my situation. He even analyzed the situation and worked hard to lower the total cost of the project as I requested. The technician, whom I believe his name was Eric, as also incredible. He was able to find a solution during the project and completed it a timely and friendly manner. The customer service was outstanding considering I haven't had that much luck in the past year with so-called "client based" services. They were both able to complete the project efficiently given that it's difficult for me to leave my own clients. Much appreciated."
