"Joe and his partner Sean removed old bathroom exhaust fan and replaced it with a new one. Joe supplied the Panasonic brand that I had requested. They also removed overhead bathroom light fixture and installed two new sconces. Lastly, they added an electrical outlet to my basement storage area. Joe showed up on the day scheduled and arrived a little early, after checking with me by phone. His rates are very reasonable. Joe travels from his home in NH, but doesn't charge anything for travel time or expense. Very friendly and asks questions to ensure he does what homeowner wants. I highly recommend Joe."
