"Despite my desire to have the work done immediately, I spoke to all three recommended companies, to get estimates on the work and determine their availability. Of the three, John of Best Drain Service was the only one able to offer a good price and come out within a couple of hours to do the work. He arrived within the time frame he had given me. Both he and his assistant were courteous. The clogged tub drain was cleared quickly. He wiped up the area where he had been working, to avoid leaving a mess in my bathroom. There were no surprise charges and he adhered to the original estimate for the job. Overall, I was satisfied with the service."
