"Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional salesperson. Price was right in comparison to other esitimates. Took time to explain the tax implications of the new, more efficient heating and AC equipment. Explained the available rebates from Central Hudson and from Carrier. Salesperson forgot, however, to mention to the service men that the humidifier we ordered had not arrived by the day they were installing the units. Salesperson admitted that he forgot to tell them. Media filter was not installed during the first installation visit. "
