"Working with Frank was wonderful. We needed to re-schedule our first appointment, but other than that everything proceeded very quickly. Frank is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and extremely punctual!!! We were leaving for vacation in Europe and Frank did everything in his power to get my window ordered and installed prior to our leaving. The workmanship was excellent and he made sure the work area was as clean as he found it. I would definitely recommend Frank to anyone who needed his services."

"My initial call I received from Gary was courteous and friendly. He also was accomodating to my schedule which was the next day, because it was my last day off from work. I had (3) rooms that needed shampooimg and the master bedroom and a hallway were heavily soiled. He had a crew of (3) and they were able to move some of my lrg. pieces of furniture. There is one thing that I didn't understand, before my carpets were shampooed, I assumed it would be vacuumed thoroughly and it was not. So once my carpets dry, I'll have to vacuum them before putting all my objects back. As in the past, my carpets have always been vacuumed first."
