"They just finished my bathroom and guest bedroom. Bathroom was a gut job and bedroom had new floor, new closets and breaking down of partition walls. Our experience was very positive, and being in the customer service business myself in high end hotels, I am not easy to please. The people are hard working, very honest and good at what they do. Things they can improve slightly on are planning of project, breakdown of costing and timeline management. Our job ran a couple of days over and we went slightly over budget- as much our fault as theirs!! The best endorsement I can give Paul is that I will not look at another contractor for my house!"
