"After putting my request in for service on Thursday night I was contacted by Mike on Friday morning explained the situation. He gave me a couple of possible scenarios and asked when he can come to the house and I said any time today , his response was " I will be there some time between 12 and 1 pm " and he did show up as promised. With my help he performed a couple of tests and explained to me how to deal with them if the situation occurs again. "

"I was having issues with pipe noise as well as a number of other plumbing projects I wanted to get done. They were able to come out the same day I put in the request on a Saturday to give me an estimate. They gave me an excellent price to put in new pipe that was rusted, strap the pipe that was causing the noise, grout the floor in the upstairs bathroom so no more leaks were occurring in the downstairs ceiling, fix the ceiling that had the leak, replace a cartridge in a shower, and fix a leaky bathroom sink. Overall very pleased with their professionalism and hard work ethic. I would consider them for future projects as they arise."
