"Gene Borden was very attentive to my needs. He asked questions and listen to what our desires were for putting tint on our kitchen patio door. He explained why it would not be a good idea to put a darker tint on a thin panel window or door. Which was something I was not aware of. He also took the time to email me pictures of exactly what we were looking for from a previous job at a home that he had done. He was able to meet our needs as far as deadlines and the day of installation he was on time and completed the installation in record time, after explaining the upkeep etc. I was totally satisfied with the outcome of the job. "

"Bill responded to us imediately and was here for our estimate the next day. He spent as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions completely. He offered all the information we would need and left us with samples of film. There was no pressure to buy and in fact he encouraged us to take time to play with the samples before making a decision. When we called him to schedule, he accommodated us according to our schedule. He arrived when promised and was professional, organized and did an excellent installation. He offered us continued information and was extremely friendly and knowledgable.
