"For the foundation leaks, Dave and his staff did a fantastic job. He was the most reasonable and corrected the problem instead of treating the symptoms by trenching the inside as most of the others wanted to do. I had estimates ranging from about $1,000 to $84,000 to repair 3 hairline cracks in my foundation. Being an engineer, I did not agree with their "solution". Dave agreed with me that we could seal it from the outside. It worked. I highly recommend Ad-Con. I also hired Dave to do my walks. A-1 job."
