On day of job, had to wait until late afternoon for job scheduled midday. Company did not call to report delay. When crew arrived, job was done quickly and skillfully, with fine materials and with courteous and full response to questions about gutter angles and flow. So: a little shaky getting things started, but very good work, cordial and pleasant crew. "
