"They were professional and thorough even though it was a small job. They looked at the ceiling fan for a small fee (subtracted from later service agreed which they honored) instead of telling us 'just get a new fan' over the phone like one of the other contractors that called via this site. The electrician/fan specialist discovered that is was the receiver for the remote. We picked up the replacement (at about $40 - compare that to the cost and trouble of getting a new fan) and called him back in to reinstall. The price was on a fee schedule, agreed up front. Their employee helped us save a lot over replacing the fan and did a fine job."
