"Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.) Stone mason used was very competent This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?"

"Alan was on time for our first appointment. He explained what he proposed to do with my gutters and we set a date for the work to be done. I liked what he had to say and found him to be a very honest man. I will have to rate again once the work is completed. But, so far, I like him very much. Also, the price was within my budget, which is also a plus. As of September 9, 2009, this job has been completed, very much to my satisfaction. The men doing the work on my gutters arrived on time and did not stop until everything was completed. They were very nice and cleaned everything up before leaving. I was very impressed by their work.
