"Jim's crew did an excellent job; fast, efficient, good quality. They would have gotten 5 stars instead of 4, but they forgot to call to inform me that they couldn't make it on the scheduled day. Overall though, a very good experience hiring them."

"Overall GREAT job. Workers worked non stop & hard and my long steep driveway looks awesome. Unexpected delays but since he can't control the weather I understand! Costs ended up being higher than originally bid because of depth that wasn't anticipated. Would have liked the wings to have been as wide as they were before but I didn't realize the new drawings didn't reflect same size as original driveway, which makes it very difficult to pull in and out of driveway. Inquired about the difference and the drawings showing the wings, they then reffered to the measurements. Couldn't make them wider since we were short finances due misbidding."
