"I spoke to Tom to set up appointment, and his fee was very reasonable. I only saw the two guys he sent to the job. DId not meet Tom. As far as I know they did a good job. I rated them on being prompt and courteous. We have not had bad weather as of yet, therefore, after a good rain I will know better how good the job was. My front gutter came loose when they were cleaning it, and they said they put a hanger on it which should hold just fine. They said if there is any problem, please do not hesitate to call Tom."
