"Absolutely fantastic customer service! First AC repair worked overnight, but broke the next day. Called and left a message on a Sunday night-- the owner of the company called me back in less than five minutes & came out to the house the next day before 8am. Determined we needed a new AC system--didn't try to sell us the most expensive unit, gave us a lot of options and advice based on how long we planned to stay in the house. They matched up our system and put in a heat pump to make our gas furnace our emergency heat to save on gas bills in the winter. Cost of first repair went towards AC cost. Technicians friendly, prompt, & educate client."
