Comment: I recently purchased a flooded property, and I need a detailed estimate by a licensed contractor in order to apply for a building permit. I would like to know if you do those type of estimates and how much would you charge for it. If possible I need a very conservative estimate so that the cost to repair it does not go beyond 50% the value of the building. I will do most of the interior work (framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, painting, etc.) but I'll need a licensed electrical contractor and a plumber. Hope you can help me on this.
