"Dave's assurance for customer satisfaction is rarely found today. I had called him on a sunday afternoon after discovering a problem. He called me back that same Sunday within 2hrs and the matter was resolved. Additionally, he gauranteed re-seeding where the original seed did not take. Unfortunately after the seed was planted we experienced a boat load of rain. And b/c the rain is an act of mother nature I wasn't sure if Dave would re-seed, Well, he did. Just another example of quality customer service. Now about his product....the loam he brought in is incredible! The seed he used is just as incredible. In 30 days I have spectacular yard!!"

"They used their own equipment & tools and own crews, no subcontractors which is a good thing. They were able to schedule and start the work the same week and complete in a timely manner. The only part of the job that wasn't perfect was the installation of the granite steps. The rock-face of the slabs should be facing out and the split-face should be the back-side that is not exposed. Only 1 out of 4 steps had the rock-face out. This caused a larger than expected gap between the top step and the pavers landing which they filled in with polymeric sand so it's ok but not perfect..."
