"absolutely first rate work and attention to customer considerations. not only was the quality of the job superior but Mark Hayner is the rare professional who believes in regular communication with the customer. when there were delays in receiving supplies, we were informed. when there were delays in installation, we were informed. and on more than one occassion the delays were a result of we the customer having to modifidy a date due to other comittments.
