"Security Sense (Fred in particular) was one of the ONLY companies willing to take this job seriously. Security Sense was professional and courteous. The only thing I'd suggest they be careful about is quoting the labor rates. I was originally quoted xx amount per hour for the job. That turned into xx amount per man per hour for the job (2 men showed up to do the work). It was still very reasonable so I didn't make a fuss... but that would be something they should be careful about. Otherwise, their presence at my home to do this job was a delight and I fully intend to use them again. Thanks"

"Armando Mirone did not deliver what he promised. DVR should have 500ram instead recieved 250. He stated he would come back and check to installation instead day of delivery he wanted a post dated check for the balance so he did not have to return. When I refused to give the check before installation he attitude changed and my first reaction was to cancel the job. I am very sorry I did business with him but the 2 gentlemen that did the job were wonderful. When I refer business I will go directly to the installer not to Armando Mirone."
