"Trevor was great - my windows had been painted shut - actually they were closed and locked before all the paint was dry for safety reasons - Trevor got them all opened except for two which the other contractor fixed that same day. He thoroughly cleaned all my windows first until they sparkled, drove around to the garage and pulled all my old screens and storm windows out and hauled them off and refused a tip which I felt he really deserved."

"It worked out very well. The company representative came to give us a free estimate. He answered all our questions and discussed our concerns, and offered us a repairs plan that worked best for us. During the whole process, they were very polite and responsive, returning calls and emails within a very short time frame. Also as it took several days to complete all repairs, at the end of every day, they emailed an update daily what had been done for that day, and what was left to work on. We felt we had great communication, knew what was going on and had control over the whole process. Great people to work with! Thank you! "
