"Andrew Svendson called me promptly. He came out the next day to look at the premises and gave me a very thoughtful and thorough estimate a few days later. The prices seemed fair. We may have a change in venue so have not done the install yet. I will be calling him back when we have more solid plans."

"When I was locked out of my house with only a cellphone, a friend got me the number for Service Magic. I called and they gave me a few numbers of locksmiths to try. I tried Pop-A-Lock first, told them what I needed, was given a price and assured someone would arrive within a half hour. Andrew arrived about 15 minutes later. Though he had to try a few locks, he did get me back in my house in about 20 minutes. I was charged the price quoted on the phone and Andrew was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service."
