"Our project with Mr. Conklin is only in its early stages. He cares greatly about his work and our future home, a caring that is evident in his words and deeds. He stresses keeping us on budget and invests heavily beyond that in detailed advice on things he knows we care about but about which we don't have the experience or aptitude to evaluate or think of on our own. He's a sure winner, in our estimation. We will submit another rating when we have reached closure on the project. As of now, though, we judge that rating will be only more constructive, detailed, and flattering."
