"Douglas was very prompt when an appointment was set up. He was very nice and very professional and presented himself as a honest person. He gave me a quote for 3 different furnaces and was not pushy about what furnace to purchase. They came and installed the furnace on time and were very clean after the installed the furnace. His office staff was pleasant and very helpful with any questions you had. I would recommend his company to my friends and family."

"Vincent Plumbing called me shortly after I submitted my form online. He answered many questions about the furnace I was looking for. He came over the next day (or the day after) and gave us a quote. He did not stay too long, and did not give us a hard sell. We appreciated this. Our furnace was installed last week. I called him a couple days after the install because a new booster fan was very loud. He sent a crew over the next day and replaced the noisy fan. Now all is well."
