"Joe the tech was very friendly and efficient. He thouroughly explained everything and made honest recommendations and was not pushy to oversell. I gave a 4 for value for $ because I felt I paid what I needed to. I've had my house for 5 years and have never had this done--my ducts were truly disgusting! Based on what a basic cleaning would cost ($89.99) on an annual basis I broke even as I paid $490 for ducts, mains, furnace motor and dryer duct. I do see a lot of deals out there and I'm not sure if I could have gotten the same for less, but I will tell you I did get quite a few estimates and this company had the best customer service!"
