"Ernie, the installer, did a great job! He had several obstacles (logistical), but he persevered and completed the job. We could have selected a less expensive system, but chose this one, and are satisfied, thus far.I failed to mention in my service rating of Ryder Security that the sales rep., Greg Sloup, was very professional, and thorough in his presentation of our system options. Greg did not try to oversell us on extra features and expensive options. I really respected that characteristic, because in the past I've halted the sales presentation immediately when the salesperson tried to "pad the sale" to increase their commission. Greg did a great job. "

"I was also pleased with Surveillance & More. Surveillance & More exceeded expectations and took the extra step to make sure that I was more than satisfied with the job. Although due to other jprojects being done in my home it's taking a little longer for them to finish. Now that the other projects have been completed it's just a matter of contacting him so he can complete the job."
