"Communication with the supervisor was bad. Oftentimes the supervisor was not on site and the laborers were unable to communicate with the homeowners. Some fixtures were installed without asking the homeowners how they would have preferred them to be. The laborers did not cover the shower drain while they were gutting the shower and installing wall tiles and grout and debris went down the drain causing a major clog/backup. There is not enough slant in shower floor leaving puddle of water. Laborers blew out eletrical outlet and crossed the wires when they attempted to fix it. I had to call professional electrician to fix it. "
