"Efficient...Was able to install my wall mount sooner than I expected. (How 'bout the same day I requested it) Would call upon them again for other AV requirements I have and will have in the future. Brian was very informative as was his 2 man, (father and son), crew that did the installation. They ran into an issue with the proper and conventional installation but explained the problem to me, and with my okay resolved it immediately and properly. I was charged $250 for their time, effort and expertise and I gladly paid it. They also cleaned up the work area leaving it spotless. "

"Robert did an excellent job of mounting our flat screen TV on a wall over fireplace. He came up with very elegant solution for how to hide the wires from the view, because in our case they couldn't be simply put behind the wall, and everything worked together just great. Overall we had very satisfying experience with 4B Systems."
