Comment: CURRENT CONDITION: My finished basement has flooded several times. Black mold is visible on bottom 18" of backside (stud side) of all drywall and adjacent studs. Mold smell returns after application of bleach. After moving my office to the basement in Sept 2010 I began intense coughing, day and night, even when away from home for several days. <br /> <br />PURPOSE: Determine extent of the mold and its removal. This requires removal of all infected drywall and studs, killing mold on all block wall and perhaps cleaning ducts. <br />Also, I plan to water seal the block wall and re-finish the basement similar to its current floor plan. I would entertain quotes on this work as well as the mold removal. <br />
