"The guy that came out was very friendly and offered some good advice to get the squirrels out of the attic. The only problem is he went up in the attic and said there were non squirrels up their and then he left two traps outside and they did not catch anything for the 4 days they were out. We ended up having two squirrels come out of the attic into our garage and we let them out. He gave good advice to leave the attic door open and the squirrels would come into the garage if there were any up there, but we were still charged the full fee even though he did not trap them and take them away."
