"The exterminator was late getting to the house. I left work 1 1/2 hours early to be there on time. He was almost an hour late. He called my work to alert me but I had already left. May I suggest that a cell phone number be asked for in the future so that the exterminator can get a hold of the customer if they are running late, etc. Other than that, he was very cordial and professional. So far we have not seen any mice in the house since the treatment. So far, so good! Thank you!"
