"We had a small job and overall I was pleased with the results. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. I was surprised, however, that they had a young boy (grade school/middle school at the most) with them - it made them appear less professional. As a homeowner, from a risk perspective, I was a bit uncomfortable. After the fact, I wished I would have said something at the time - even if it was simple 2 hour job."
