"He turned up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a price which seemed very good. He promised to return the next day with the right part which he did, on time, and repaired the door quickly and efficiently for the agreed price. He threw in some free advice on how to keep the door working and in good condition and departed leaving everything clean and tidy. I can't see how you could ask for better service than that."
