"We just had a tiny job. We needed the carpets in my mothers tiny 3 bedrooms restretched. I was handling the arrangements from out of town. Ron called me back immediately. He went out to the house the next day to evaluate the job and give me an estimate. We thought the living room and hall would probably also need it, but he looked and said no, it was fine. I authorized him to go ahead and do the work right then. He was fine with us waiting until we got a neighbor to check out the work before we mailed him a check. The neighbor checked it out that day and said it was good. So we have no complaints."
