"Steve at DSR is the owner. Had DSR do termite work at my house. Returns calls quickly and arrrives on time. Does his own work with the help of an assistant so you have continuity and an the actual business owner at the job. Obviously knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process used to control termites. His initial written quote was consistent with the other quotes I had from other companies, so his pricing and terms of warranty are fair/valid. Very pleased with his work."

"Service was OK. I thought the technician could have done a neater job. Also the price quotes fluctuated from $807 with 2 year warranty to $695 with a 5 warranty. I suggest they give the best price up front and not leave the customer wondering if he got a fair price. "
