"My only criticism would be that it took more than 24 hours for the company to return my call for service. Donovan was the service technician that came to my home. He was prompt, honest and cleaned up the mess. He was informative about other products available for my central vacuum system, but did not use a high pressure sales technique--simply informative. I would definitely recommend this company."
