"so far our experience has been most pleasing. Nick is very personable. We live in Canada and our property is in Phoenix so we are relying mostly on intuition. The estimate sounds fair , lower than others, and he was able to start and finish the job within a week of us contacting him, wheras others were over 3 weeks. However the job has started so please contact us again once the job is complete and we'll see if he is as good as he seems to be."

"Although we didn't end up hiring C&N for our roof we found them excellent in their estimating, contact, and thorough evaluation of the job. We felt sure they could have done the job we offered and the estimate was comparable. We enlisted a different contractor than C&N simply because they had done several jobs in the neighborhood so we were familiar with their work. It was very difficult to make the choice because both firms were professional and knowledgable throughout the estimating process. We will consider C&N for future jobs. "
