"Scheduling was fast and easy. The folks we talked with on the phone were so kind. Brian came out to our house on a Friday afternoon AND HE ACTUALLY TOLD US THE TRUTH. He diligently checked the areas we had concern with, and after inspection, told us that we don't actually need his services. He did offer us a referral to a reliable carpenter if we wanted one. Bottom line: Rainbow had the opportunity to take us for a ride, but they didn't. He educated us on our options and put us at ease. If we ever have a need for Rainbow, we will most definitiely contact them. "
