"They called back the next day, scheduled an appointment and was on time for the appointment. They had to order the glass. The on-site person called into the office for a price quote. I felt better about this since it was not a "emotional quote", but an office quote. We agreed on the price. They showed up on the day they said they would and completed the repair as expected !"
