"The office was expeditious with getting the required repair information to the consumer as well as faxing credit apps. to promptly aide with getting discounts initiated. The 30 min. advance notice was provided as promised. The turn around time was excellent. A tech was on the job & working in less than three hours. The problem with the furnace was intermittant, but the tech was determined to duplicate the problem & find a resolution before he left the scene. I thougt the rapair cost was a bit pricey for the replacement of the thermostat and wiring, but I guess you get what you pay for. A shout out to Stepan!"

"So far so good: second day and the fixed floor furnace heater works. We are pleased with the fact, that such old equipment - original 1950 furnace - could still be repaired (and contrary to others, this company did not try to sell us a brand new and expensive central heating...)."
