"John himself was a pleasure to work with. He helped us connect to a local handyman. Unfortunately, the first handyman assigned didn't work out well. He arrived at the designated time and called my cell phone. I missed the call and returned it 5 minutes later. The handyman left and refused to come back. John found another handyman, Thomas. He worked out a plan and scheduled a time that would work for both of us. Our door is now fixed, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone else."
