"My experience with the Sears rep. was fine? However, the contractor was not happy that current backsplash had to be removed. It shows removal in my contract but he stated he had to check with you guys, "That's a lot of work". Have not heard from him since. "

"I had Sears install windows 3 times, but I requested the same installer each time because he was very professional, polite and did excellent work. He treated my home as if it was his own. You cannot find people like that nowadays, most are too concerned about the dollar bill, but this installer was worth every penny. I just hope that Sears does right by him in compensation, because his work actually brings the money into Sears as for as my experiences with him. I must say that the Sears windows are marked up too much, but they say they stand beind their product, and you cannot go wrong with the installer. Installer-5 stars, Sears-3 stars"
