"Ray arrived at the time he stated, explained what the job entailed and how he was going to do it not only to me but to my son who was on hand to assist me in any preps I had to do He did an outstanding job then explained drying times, etc., so we knew when items we had moved could be returned. We are well pleased and would recommend him anytime to one and alll "

"Ray called the night before he came to remind me of his appointment. He arrived on time and explained how the whole process worked. He got into the technology and where it comes from and how he first learned of it. Ray took just over an hour to do my stairs and family room. Some of the stains were too set in for him to remove, but that's not his fault. Also, Ray drinks coffee, so have some ready!"
