"I had a pleasant experience with Pacific and the technicians did a very nice job. I did have to call them back to put a non-skid surface on the shower and tub. The communication initially regarding this surface was non-existant and I was told that it was an additional cost. They did eventually come out at no additional cost, which was appropriate. Overall, I would recommend them because they solved my problem."
