Comment: I fist noticed the mold issue after my son caught my carpet on fire and we had to pull it up. It was a three decade old carpet with padding under it, all atop hard wood floors. After pulling up the carpet and pad, we saw the wood floor covered in black spots that smell god awful, and we've all been sick ever since.....this was back in October
