"Mr. Russell came to check a leak in my roof. He told me there was probably only a leak around a vent pipe gasket. He did a little chaulking and only charged me a very small fee. My impressions of Mr. Russell is that he is a true professional and a very honest man."

While this was an unexpected and time critical call, he spent the time to make sure I knew what was going on and that I made the choices that were right for ME. He gave me options that I believe other service people would not. The product, installation and price were all reasonable. In the end, I had a replacement unit that services our needs nicely within the same day. It doesn't get much better than that!"
