"Tom is a very knowlegeable guy. He is good at both talking and doing the work. He is definitely a guy that people could trust to to the work. I had worked with several contractors in the past and I was always got bad impression about the contractors until I found Tom from servicemagic.com. Thomas was willing to let me check out his back ground. He would answer all the questions that I have. Overall, I am very happy with the work that Tom did. Thomas came back to fix problem after the project was done. He and his crews are very polite and work very hard. Tom always keep his schedule and call if he could not make it. This is a good guy."
