"requested a quote for indirect water heater replacement and recieved quote for direct water heater. once this was clarified the process was very good. i needed to have this installed right away and Mike was swift and helpful. he let me know before hand any additional cost so there would be no surprises. unfortunately i had to take care of this situation long distance and quickly as i was in FL and the water heater in my house in NH, Mike was reassuring and make the process easier. "
