"We are purchasing a new home and mold was discovered with the initial building inspection. Hired Bob and he came out as quickly as he could and within 4 days of the mold inspection he had our report ready and worked late that night to get our estimate done up because we were on a tight schedule. The sellers conceded the money to clean up the mold and as long as everything else goes well with our purchase we will have Bob in to clean up the problem. He is a really nice guy and very open and honest. Easy to work with, punctual, knows his work and explains it in terms that anyone can understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
