"I found Affordable Paint in search of a better quote than given by 2 other paint pro's. The job was for a rental property that needed 4 rooms painted and some minor work on the outside chimney. I relied on speaking with Manuel personally and having an on site quote and the work checked by our property manager.The inspection review was great - the job was completed fast and efficiently and looked neat and tidy and proffessional. I had a nice surprise as the actual cost was $50 LESS than the original quote. Bonus! Plus - we finally got our home rented within a week of completion.
