"Mr. Lee came on the date/time he was expected. He was very courteous and very understanding about my concern that I could not lock my door. He answered all my questions and I asked for his business cards. I have every intention of calling upon him again if needed and have already passed out his cards to my co-workers who are also in need of locks and repairs of that nature. I am so glad I looked this up on the internet. The only thing I did not realize when I completed the information on the internet was that this rings into his phone which happened to be after 2a.m. as I work the night shift. I would not want his rest disturbed. "
